A hospital lobby renovation that was project managed by Empire Projects, Inc. has been completed.
This phased, hospital renovation project involved a gut rehab of an existing hospital lobby to create an appealing, functional, and attractive new "front door" and lobby for a large hospital in New York City. Project components included: new revolving door, new automatic entrance door, new signage, new feature wall, new finishes (floor, wall and ceiling), new lighting, and a new interior landscaped feature area. The project included architectural upgrades as well as new mechanical/electrical infrastructure.
