Medical Office Project Management on Long Island, NY

Empire Projects, Inc. has completed the project management of a new medical office building on Long Island, NY.

The facility is a state-of-the-art, multi-specialty, ambulatory healthcare center, with four separate medical practices sharing the space: oncology, radiation oncology, breast surgery and vascular surgery.

The project involved the design and construction of a new building, including a new exterior envelope and new medical office interiors. The radiation oncology suite required additional structural engineering and shielding design. Additional scope items included all site work, medical equipment, furniture and signage.
