New CMAA Webinar on Project Delays and Damages 

William N. Bernstein, President of Empire Projects Inc., will be a panelist on an upcoming CMAA seminar entitled: "Part 1, Project Delays & Damages: Understanding Delays and Damages". 


The panelists will be as follows: 

Mark Bloom, Partner, Arent Fox (https://www.arentfox.com/), co-lead’s the firm’s national construction practice. He represents clients in transactional matters and in litigation, arbitration, and mediation on a wide range of projects, including commercial, institutional, health care, transportation, infrastructure, power, and government projects. 

William N. Bernstein is CEO of Empire Projects, Inc., (http://empireprojects.com/) a project management firm based in Manhattan. Bill is a Yale-trained, registered architect, who has over 35 years healthcare projects. 

Rocco Vespe, HKA Principal (https://www.hka.com/) , is a civil engineer with more than 40 years of construction industry experience and has been appointed as an expert on 25 occasions in delay, quantum, and technical matters. Rocco is also a CMAA Fellow. 

John Paolin, Principal with HKA (https://www.hka.com/) is the panel moderator. John is a business development and marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
