Empire Projects, Inc. has been hired to project manage a Hospital Major Modernization Project for a hospital in New York.
This phased, hospital project involves the upgrading of three floors of hospital space to reflect revised program requirements, and to meet current building and health code standards. Project scope includes includes architectural upgrades, new mechanical/electrical infrastructure, new equipment, new furniture (FFE), and signage. The project will be designed to be Article 28 compliant.
