The project is the evaluation and implementation of any required facade repairs to a high rise building in Brooklyn.

Under the local laws related to facades in NYC, the facades of buildings of more than six stories have to be inspected every five years by a licensed engineer or architect and certified as  safe. Serious deficiencies have to be corrected and the building given a second  inspection.
