The apartment is located on a high floor of the Time Warner center, with fantastic views of Central Park.
The apartment renovation was a very high end project, designed by an AD 100 interior designer. The design concept and implementation of that concept were very successful. The project is quite stunning and has been published in a number of design publications.

Hospital Project Management in New York
Empire Projects, Inc. has completed the project management of work required for a new Certificate of Occupancy for a large hospital in New York.
Prior to involvement by Empire Projects, Inc., the hospital did not have a C of O.
Our firm project managed a complex matrix of hospital renovations, hospital construction inspections, and sign offs by the Building Department and the Fire Department. All of this work lead to the hospital receiving a permanent Certificate of Occupancy.

NY Philharmonic Renovation Project Management
Empire Projects, Inc. has completed the project management of a renovation of the New York Philharmonic.
The renovation encompassed all of the administrative areas of the New York Philharmonic, as well as several back-of-house support areas.
Due to the fact that the above areas were all occupied, it was necessary to phase the project to minimize disruption to the Philharmonic's operations.
Additional considerations were related to the schedules of performances, storage of musical instruments, and historic and cultural importance of this building and mission.
The project involved a phased renovation of three floors of administrative space as well as support areas. Project phases included design, pre-construction relocations, construction of phase, and post construction relocations. There were six phases to the project. Construction included architectural construction and engineering upgrades (HVAC and electrical). Additional scope items included structural engineering, artwork and furniture.

The facility is a stunning art gallery with high quality design, high quality materials, and high quality construction. It has a number of unique features, such a custom, oval, all glass elevator with a an open stair which wraps around it.
The project involved the design and construction of a complete gut rehab and interior reconstruction of the entire project area including all new interior walls, doors, finishes and engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing). Additional scope items included were new, two story curtain wall and stone storefront on west 57th Street, the new elevator mentioned above, all new engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), structural engineering, specialty lighting, art storage systme, furniture and artwork.
